Hello I am Jane-Bradford Wickliffe!!

Welcome to a foodies’ paradise, where healthy and delicious foods can collide with quick, easy tips for mealtimes!

I have always had a love of great food and for the fun family time we shared at meals! Whenever I was stressed, happy, or honestly any situation, I turned to baking as my outlet. As I grew older, I began to learn more of the science of baking and cooking standing by the side of my mom, a registered dietitian nutritionist. I become enthralled with learning about food science and how substituting or adding ingredients can change an entire recipe. I am here to share the knowledge I have gained from living with a nutritionist expert my whole life (and let me tell you she has new facts every time we bake or do anything in the kitchen). I have come to appreciate the value, benefits and fun that food can bring to the human body.

I want to share health tips that are easy to understand and fun to use in EVERYDAY life! :) All are #dietitianapproved!!
